pronator releae

i have had my left wrist cts release twice no different then this may had pronator release on left forearm has been getting worse since then. the pain is still there having trouble sleeping and left arm is getting weaker by the day. the doctor who did the release said there is nothing he can do surgical. pain meds not working, going to work or sitting at home on a day does not matter pain just stays there. also can not lift my arm above shoulder get muscle spacisms in my left forarm. my family doctor says same as the surgern says, but at least he feels sorry cause he can't help. what can i do,stop working and try to let it rest or just live like this of my life like a cripple. also right arm also has cts and pronator but has not been done they do not want to touch it cause of the left. what can i do????????
