prostate enlargment

will a enlargwe prostate cause pain in legs , I have lost the use of my right foot  and have pain going from my hip down the inside of my leg , also  have just started to have pain  in my right ,.I have no back pain  ,I know my prostate is enlarged  more then the norn ,for a man my age ( 61 )
