Dear Edna:
There is no known biochemical or structural relationship between pseudotumor cerebri and depression, OCD, and anxiety disorder.  However, it is possible to have these disorders and also have pseudotumor cerebri by happenstance.  The one exception with pseudotumor cerebri and depression, if you had uncontrolled pseudotumor cerebri and lost your vision, the chronic effects of lossing your vision could produce clinical depression.  I hope that your pseudotumor cerebri is controlled.
Sincerely,
CCF Neuro[P] MD
