pulse in head, eyepain, off-balance feeling, head rushes, tightness in base of skull

I get this pulsing sound in my head which feels like its coming from the base of my skull kind of like where my neck meets my head.. It throbs with my heartbeat and I can hear my heartbeat faintly in my head when this happens. I know this isn't normal because I've never had it before, it appeared suddenly along with dizziness (off balsnce feeling), eye pain, nausea, pain in temples, pain/tightness in base of skull, and pressure in my head when I bend over sneeze cough or laugh. All of this stuff developed over the course of 4 months and something tells me it isnt miraculously going to go away on its own. I self diagnosed myself with iih, chiari, a brain tumour, occipital neuralgia, lyme, etc but I still haven't got answers I've been stressed for four months. Doctors have no clue what it is and tend to dismiss me. I had a CT scan and nothing came up, no sinus issues. I've been denied an MRI because my doctor thinks I'm fine but something for sure feels wrong. I get these "head rush" sort of random pressure feelings when I move my head in certain directions/ways or bend over or cough, strain laugh etc. I really hope someone can point me in the right direction of what might be going on.. should i be fighting harder for an MRI?

Oh, and Dr Google is only an informational tool. Do not count on any diagnosis gleaned from there. Use it as a conversation starter with your doctor. It may help lead him/her in the right direction.

If you feel that your Dr is dismissive of your concerns, find another one.

I'm not counting on it for a diagnosis i just need a push in the right direction for my symptoms :) I've seen a number of doctors and neurologist aand been to the ER twice and had scans done I just wanna know if anyone has similar experiences and can suggest possibilities I can bring up to doctors to get tested
Some things do not show up on scans. Meniere's is one of them. Other vestibular disorders are difficult to DX.

Request consults to a neurologist and EENT. Between the two, if there is something abnormal happening, they will find. EENT because you mentioned balance and "head rush" which can both be associated with inner/middle ear issues.
