pulsing headache

hello,i have migrane (migraine) headache for 20 yrs. the last month i had a horrible headache, it was in my rigth temple, eye, back ear, nose and neck,since the day the pulsing pain still, also mi face it's numbeded,tingling,and pressure of rigth eye feeling , and index rigth finder twinching ,my doctor toolkme that it's a neuralgia and give neurotin 300mg 3T at day.even with the medication sametime still have pulsing pain and pressure.since the day i'm feeling diferent,weir i don't whay? i think that it's samething alse.
