puzzled - burning sensation on skin

i'm a 27 yr old male, i have HPV but my immune system is very strong and mostly keeping it under control.  the warts that i have are very hard to see and are the size of a pencil point.  the other day i cut a clover of garlic in half and put it on two warts for about an hour.  <-- not sure if this has anything to do with it)   now for the past week i have a burning sensation on my right pelvic region  near but not on the spot i placed the garlic. it's partially on my leg where it meets my body too. it also felt the same on my side/waist somewhat on my butt and on my back/waist line.  It's not red, there's no rash, and my skin is not dry.  I've been putting lotion on every day, tried different kinds and even tried baby lotion tonite.  the burning went away on my back/waist line, but on my side near my butt and on my right pelvic area it still burns.  I'm clueless as to whats going on, it almost feels like wind burn, or hat hair.  pure white skin not dried out no red spots. its driving me nuts.  if im just sitting down or not moving i usually dont fell it, but if i move or touch my clothing i fell it burning.  it's just like having dry skin that hurts when your clothes rub on it.  hope i explained enough.   thanks

Hi.
You may be experiencing from hyperesthesia (pain in response to touch).  HPVs do not cause this condition.
It would be best to consult a neurologist for a complete neurological evaluation in order to know if there is a pathology behind what you are experiencing now.
