recent head and spine mri scan

I'm Chris, a 22 year old male, and have been having a number of symptons all down the left side of my body, these include;

dull headache on left side of head
intermittent neck pain and apparent swelling
similar pain down left arm and swelling in forearm
spasms occur infrequently in left had causing hand to clamp up
left breast seemingly 'harder' than the right one

I'm extremely worried about these, as i believe they are all connected but having visited my gp on numerous occasions they tried to reassure me that there was nothing major going on but after repeated visits they referred me for an mri of the head and spine. The results came back fine and I was told 'everything was within normal limits', however the symptoms still persist and I am desparate for a resolution to them.

Is there any advice or expertise that anyone could give me, although the consultant has ruled out any form of brain tumour, I am still worried and concerned about the possibility of bone cancer, could this have been missed by the mri scan for example?

Hi there. You could be having one of the chronic headaches localized to one side of head. These are migraines, cluster or tension headaches. Since you are having muscle spasms, a check for fibromyalgia is indicated. Show yourself to a gynecologist and are examined for any breast related lump like fibro adenoma etc. Take care and all the best of luck.

OK thanks for that Dr Sharma, I've got another appointment with the gp this week so hopefully he will be able to help and resolve the swelling in the neck and arm.

With regards the mri scan would any kind of bone cancer be seen on the scan or would this not show up on such a scan?
