recover after brain tb surgeory

hi.. dear sir,
my wife have been finished brain surgery for brain tb (on may 9th, 2010) after 2 months little water drops coming from surgered area, then doctor advice to remove that water from spinal cod. then we did like that and again very little drops was coming. again dr. advice to dress the drop area with ointment which he advice. now she is good better than before. she is continuing the medicine for tb. now she is having two problems. 1) body is tottaly week 2) her right eye's vision is not clear (main surgery area is right side. remove from there around 3cm. absesses). she is taking all kinds of foods included protein plus power, nuts, vegetables etc.. (cod liver oils tablets are good or no?)
