recurrent intermittent localized head pain

I'm a 22 yr old healthy male. About 4 months ago I had this new onset of a headache that made me naseus and hurt really bad, it lasted about a month and a half, I had a Ct scan of my head done without contrast and it came back normal. Well the headaches eventually went away and now a month in a half later the head pain is back. It's on the right side of my head about 2 inches above my right ear and an inch or two towards the back of the head.  It comes and goes throughout the day, its been back for 3 days now.  It sometimes makes me feel a little off balanced and out of it.  It seems like when I move my neck around and pop it, i get somewhat of a relief from it but it comes back.  The main thing that I'm scared of is an anuerism. The pain is not bad enough to where it affects my sleep but its an intermittent pain there when i go to bed and when i wake up in the morning, and throughout the day.  What could cause these symptoms? Thank you so much.

i dont have any insurance, and i cant afford to see a neurologist. the headache is now pretty much just everywhere, and not localized, it radiated to my whole head.  my right eye appears to be somewhat more closed than my left, but i looked back on pictures from months ago and it seems that it has been like that, not 100% sure though.  I am currently taking citalopram 20 mg, generic for (Celexa) for my anxiety. a few times today i felt really off balance, like i put my hand on a boat i was looking at, at the boat show and it felt like it was swaying, but it wasnt it was just me. i just feel really like my equalibrium is throwed off. and my head isnt right.  should i be really concerned about this being an anuerism?

Hi, relax! it could be probably a vascular or tension headache and stress can aggravate it. You need to take a second opinion of a neurologist and also ENT specialist to rule out any possibility from their end. Are you on any medication presently. Do carry your previous CT head report. Keep updating of the visits. Bye.

Hello.

It appears that the headache is there pretty much throughout the day. Is there any particular time of the day when it is worse ? They could be cluster headaches. Do you have other symptoms like redness of the eye, stuffy nose, ringing in the ear, etc. ?

An aneurysm can also cause such symptoms. In addition to these general symptoms, an aneurysm will also have specific symptoms related to the area it is situated.

I would recommend that you consult a Neurologist and get an MRI of the brain.

Regards
