regarding MRI of spinal cord

i want to know about the medical report of my husband's MRI results
in the report the doctor mentioned "THERE IS ANNULAR TEAR WITH POSTERIOR DISC BULGE INDENTING THE CAL SAC & B?L LATERAL RECESS & THE NEURAL FORAMINA "
