return of a pituitary tumor

return of a pituitary tumor

I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor at age 11.  I was put on Parlodel and it went away.  I recently had the same symptoms and asked my internist to run an MRI to check again for one (now in my late 20's).  I have a 4mm microadenoma again on my pituitary, but it is not a cortisol issue and my prolactin is fine.  It is completely different from last time.  I am struggling to lose weight after having back surgery and gaining 15 pounds.  I am a tall, active woman and I am just concerned.  I don't know what to do, but my migraines are worse and I am having weird symptoms again.  Please, any advice you have to add to what my endocrinologist has said would be helpful.  Thanks!
