right arm pain in antecubital area

2 days after recieving flu shot I have noticed pain in my right arm in the antecubital area (opposite the elbow). The pain does come and go and has been there for 2 weeks now. Today I notice the pain spreading up towards the bicep and down toward the forarm. The pain is like a bad tooth ache and is not relieved by Motrin, tylenol or massage. Any idea's and is the fact that it is spreading a concern? Thanks

I noticed your comment from 2009.  I'm interested in finding out how your situation turned out.  I have the same problem but it didn't start from an injection.  Thank you
