right hip and right leg pain

well back in october of 07 i had an injection of cortazone in my right hip . well right after that i started have bad back pains so i went tos see a neurosurgen and started getting the staroids shot.. they started in january and that one work for a little while but by april i needed another one but it didn't work so at the end of april i took another one... well like the second one no relief. so then i went to my neurosurgen again and i had back surgery ... oh yeah i have a bulging disk... well when my dr. went in to look at my nerve he cleaned around the nerve and said every thing is fine well now my back does not hurt but my hip hurts now and leg goes numb and tingles and its like im walking on needles.... and my dr. can't seem to figure out what it is. so please can you help .........
