right leg positive babinski sign, otherwise asymptomatic

Hi, I have a question regarding having a positive babinski sign since forever but not having any other symptoms except sporadic night cramps in that leg, once every month or two. Could a person experience a positive babinski sign and not have an illness?
I am a 25 year old woman in good health. Medical history unremarkable except for chronic ulticaria since childhood and tonsillectomy 5 years ago.
