hi there, the various causes of right shoulder pain are bursitis, biceps tendon rupture, labrum tear, rotator cuff tendonitis, muscle spasm, pinched nerve and shoulder dislocation. Other possibilities are gall bladder disease, or gallstones, liver abscesses, disorders of esophagus; penetrating ulcer in stomach, pancreas, and frozen shoulder is a common cause for stiffness and pain in shoulder. This could also be a sign of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Consult an orthopaedician for assessment and a physician if there are no bony or cartilaginous causes found. Hope this helps. Thank you...I will see my orthopedic doctor about this then. I have arthritis in my spine and neck problems so probably coming from there.
