right shoulder blade pain

by mcpheters, Oct 08, 2008 04:18PM
I am having some very painful times with my right shoulder blade, I can move my arm straight out in front of my body but not straight out to the side at all.  I have had a mri which showed nothin, doctor ruled out a torn rotor cup and suggest physical therapy, any idea what could be going on.  I am not a big fan of PT, they want to force your body parts to move normally and most often  causing alot more pain, right now its so severe I cannot do anything.
