right shoulder burning

I have had surgery on both my shoulders. The procedure was called "acromioplasty clavicle repair"
It has been 4 years and now out of the blue my right shoulder is burning all the time and I am not able to pull the blankets up or reach for something without a very sharp pain in my shoulder. I am going in for surgery on my right wrist on 7/29/08 for a joint replacement and a thumb extension and now this happens. What do I do. I hurt soooo bad and I am scared. I have had a total of 2 knee surgeries, 2 shoulder surgeries, 4 wrist surgeries and a bladder suspension and uterous removal and rectacile and I am only 39. Please help me I hurt badly. My doctor is probably getting sick of me. Is there anyone out there that can get me fixed????

The burning pain suggests the involvement of some nerve which is causing the pain.There could be some impringement or a pinched nerve or some compression irritatating the nerve.You need to consult a neurologist and get a MRI done to diagnose the condition.Also consult your surgeon before going for the wrist surgery.
