Hi.

This group of symptoms hints towards Migraine. It's time to try anti-migraine medicines with your Neurologist's prescription.

Avoid situations which might trigger your headache. You have to identify what things, situations or actions trigger the headache, and avoid them. If you are drinking alcohol in large amounts, you may need to reduce it. Reduce any caffeine intake. Sleep well.

Hello.

I would like to ask if you have any eye pain, redness of eye, watering from eyes, nausea or vomitting with the headache.

You may see an ENT specialist and rule out any external ear infection. A Neurologist's opinion will be required.
