right side of face drooping and flushing, vertigo?

I'm 36 years old female, some days ago I noticed that my right eyebrow is starting to droop and my right eye is getting smaller compared to the left one and it has never been this way before. I've also been suffering from headache only on the right side and sometime I wake up with it, it's dull not pounding but somtime during the day when I'm maby standing up and doing something it comes on pulsating for just few seconds and then stop. I've also started to get very hot and red only on the right side of my face and my ear is like burning up, I've gotten boots of vertigo few times and I have to admit that this scares me.
Last year my right arm started to swell up and nobody seems to know why and I'm wondering if this can be related, I also have this hard bump in my cervical area but this lump is just in front of the trapezius and and on the base of neck right side and last week I saw my doctor because then I had this headache and dizzyness and he felt this lump but told me he thought it was a muscle knot? I've had those before but never in that spot and also I get this nervepain shooting down my right arm, he orderd a CT of my head only not my neck and I worry this might be something else then muscle knot, the CT is next week also.
Is this something that I should seek attention straight away for or wait for my doctors appointment next week?
