Can you give more information regarding your previous 4 diagnoses? The pain and numbnessNumbness and tingling can be related to sciatica secondary to nerve impingement or compression, probably because of degenerative disc disease.
The groin swelling may or may not be related to it. How would you describe the groin swelling? Is there a lump or mass in the groin area? If yes, there is a possibility that it is an inflamed lymph node. Do you have a fever? Any pain in the groin area?
Answers to these questions might help determine what may be causing your symptoms.

i have been diagnosed with bursitis, sciatica, spinal stenosis,bulging disc and the last Dr said I give up, I have burning and pain 24 hrs a day in my lower back and outer right thigh and inner knee and right buttock and under thigh where its hard to sit I have severe constipation which I feel is the swelling in my groin area. no meds or shots help.shots make it worth
