right sided pain

right sided pain

I have pain  originating at the right sinus just under the eye, radiating to the right shoulder, right forearm, right hip, right lower leg accompanied by head, hand and forearm tremors. CT's and MRI's are normal.  Gabapentin at 1800 mg per day helps but I'm concerned about damage to internal organs since I am being treated for RA with Remicade.  I've been told the origin of the pain is a small stroke to the thalamus, but it's not showing up on any test.  Are there any other Dx's that could explain the symptoms?  My mom had Parkinson's.  I've been told that if my head shakes, it isn't PD, but could it be PD and something else?  My right eye strains easily as well.  A few years back I had double vision in that eye.  Now my eye is OK per the eye doc and so are my teeth and sinuses per those docs.  Could it be trigeminal neuralgia causing the pain?
