rudimentry cervical ribs

i m a resident orthopedic surgeon n use to go to fitness gym
insidous onset of pain in forearm in ulnar distributary ares n then after a month whole upper limb got involved




i had rudimentry cervical daignosed after a period of six yrs as my physcians wr much intereted in mr scan reports who showed
spam of neck musle
straightining of of cervical spin
minimal dic prolapse

6 yr back my NCS was postive for both mild seneory motor ulnar and median nerve neuropathy
after a rest of 1 yr when the pian was very mild ,NCS was normal

can ny one guide me as my neurophyscian says that there is no benifit doin NCS again as the compression is intermitent.u can c my x rays on my fcaebook page
