scalp pain

I have been sufferng for about 4 months of pain on my head and scalp like flagrancy and burning sensation on my scalp and my scalp feels bland and I touch like small bumps on it and they hurt on the touch. This past two weeks has been pretty dificult for me to sleep, even the touch of the pillow hurts my scalp. I feel pretty bad, and also I am afraid a have a tumor on my brain, but this feeling is very continuous and rare. I also have cercvical stenosis and various herniated dics. I have been through two neck blocks already. I also been through a treatment of Botox on my neck on last May 2008 and since I had this I am feeling worst. I live in Puerto Rico, I do not what else to do, I am really despaired. I am 24hs with pain on my brain. Can you please help me to find a doctor or neurologist or tell what is wrong with me? I will be greatfull all my life if somebody help me.
