seeking advice on how to pose a questions for neurodoctor

Dear Dr/s, Hi my name is Cora Brooks Ireland, I had surgery 2001 for the removal of a soft tissue mass on the brain stem also fusion of C!C2 one of the surgeries at back of neck, one at the  right side of head and neck under right side of ear.  This left me with chronic nerve damage to right side of head and face, also hands and right outside of lower leg with weakness to all the written areas.  In 2006 while flying to spain I developed severe pain across rightside of ribs/chest after a ten day stay I was dignosied with herniated discs at T7 to T11 also kshaped deformity of spine. Told there is nothing they could do about this. Then last August had a nerve stimulator fitted to main nerve at back right side of head which has helped with the pain of head but not anywhere else.  I have been on Oxycontin 20mgs twice daily also neuroontin 900mgs three times daily.I was born with Torticullis.this has never bothered me except the tilt to my head which is worse since surgery.  This is where I need the advice suggestions anyone may have.  In March this year I slipped falling on my right side landing on my rightside buttock with severe brusing, also this is where the battery for stimulator is located which has since moved also working alright.  Because of medication I did not notice the nagging pain behind my right knee over the next few weeks this pain gradually got worse and my knee began swelling and the knee cap making  cracking noises after visiting the hospital er told torn ligiments.  This now has developed into my left leg buckling and hurting after walking long distance burning knees mainly at night which wakes me up.  Do you think this is what the hospital er said or could this be from back also where the stimulator is locater it is like sharp pins and needles.  Please advise or maybe an opinion or give me ideas for questions I should ask the neurosurgen who is also sending me to see an othpedic surgen shortly.  Many thanks Cora.
