I am very concerned about you. I assume what you call "abscent" seizures are what we call "Petit mal" seizures - short periods where one loses a sense of awareness. This can be fatal when driving a vehicle. You have done nothing wrong and have nothing to be embarrassed about. I consider it essential that you tell your mom or dad about the problem and get an in-person medical evaluation. In the meantime get a notebook and log the experiences and the duration. In some people these are triggered by light on the optic nerve, usually flickering light and usually (but not always) in the red spectrum (blink lights on a fire engine, or the flicker of a flourescent bulb or a CRT computer screen are common culprits). Wearing dark or polarized eyeglasses sometimes helps with the problem. In a seizure center they test you by having you view a light source that varies in wavelength and then in frequency while keeping you wired to an EEG. Keep us posted.
i thought abcent seizures were temporary. and i also get 3min-a days memory loss. is there anything else i can do by my self without telling?
It is extremely important. There is no stigma attached to epilepsy. Don't hesitate to tell your mom or dad about this. There are many possible reasons for the problems you describe and you may not have epilepsy. Sometimes people have seizures for a period, then they never have them again. Remember that you may be involved in an activity where a momentary loss of situational awareness could result in you injuring yourself or others.
