seizures worse after gamma knife

i have had grand mal seizures for over 25 years. my seizures were allways controlled even after a craniotomy in 06 for a 22mm craniopharyngioma. this jan i found out the tumor has came back .i was doing ok and my tumor was aggressive and grew from a pea to a nickle in 3 months so i done the gamma instead of another crainotomy in may. i was told my tumor shrank a little and had dead tissue around it in sept.since the gamma knife my seizures are out of control and have gotten worse. i had 2 seizures in a row sunday and had over 10 since the gamma knife. im taking 3000mg keppra daily and dont stop them. i have some warning (dajvu) but now its a second then im out. did i make mistake doing gamma instead of another crainotomy? im worried about the dead tissue and dont see my neurosurgeon till april. will the dead tissue need to be removed and cause more problems with seizures? i also get these knots around my scar that are so tender and moveable. thanks for your help .

my seizures have gotten very bad and stronger. my husband says i scream then hold my arms up wrist down and stop- breathing and turn blue. i come to sooner and when i realize whats going on im so sick to my stomach ,oh its awful. im thinking about having the vns implant as long as its mri safe.
