sever migraines everyday relieved by nose bleeds

i have severe headaches everyday for most of the day. At times my nose will bleed and relieve a sever headache.my eyes are sensitive to light and my neck tenses when a headache occurs. i have a stiff neck during headaches. could you give me some medical information on what may be wrong with me?
