severe groin problems

I had a lipoma removed from my right groin 11 years ago.  Every test was performed but a pet scan.  No test showed the large lipoma.  16 months ago I started suffering again in the groin area but this time 10 times worse.  This time the pain is in the Right Groin, Left Groin and lower spine.  From time to time I get stabbing sensations in the left and right labia also.  It took me 4 months to get an appointment with the General Surgeons at University hospital because I only work part-time and insurance is not offered.  I will meet with the surgeons on Friday, July 25, 2014.  I have my post op report from my last surgery.  Is there anything I should address with them besides what I have told you?
