severe pain for 16 months after rollover

Hi everyone, I really need some help here. I'll give you my background first. I was in my first accident 3 years ago and suffered moderate whipflash. After that my muscle spasms started getting more and more frequent.16 months ago I got in my second accident. I rolled rolled my car twice. My head hit the windshield and I had severe whipflash and a concussion. I didn't go to the hospital after it I found out later by my gp. Well ever since im in constant severe pain. My neck xray revealed arthritis and that my cervical spine has straightened. My muscles are always tight and swollen. They go into spasm 1-2 times a month making it impossible to even move. On a daily basis I have shooting pains that go through my spine into my left ARM and shoulder. Stabbing pain in my spine at all times. Also I've noticed I've become a lot weaker in my arms and hands, I used to be able to lift 150lbs and now its difficult to lift 50lbs. My left arm will also go numb or get tingly if its not elevated. A new thing I experienced was I looked down and all of a sudden it felt like my neck was on fire and I got very dizzy. Sorry this is so long I'm just desperate. I'm only 20 and this pain is overwhelming and really affecting my mood and capability of work. Any advice or anything would be great. Thanks :)
