Though this cyst is quite large this may not explain your symptoms. The fact that you have swallowing and inability to sleep symptoms means that the problem may be somewhere higher up, like in the brain or upper spine. I agree that this may be a vagal nerve problem, and the vagus nerve can be affected from its origins in the brain and anywhere in its course in the spine and other organs. Treatment is usually directed to symptoms, and your neurologist or cardiologist will know how to handle this.
For now, make sure you have adequate rest and avoid too much stress.
