shaking finger

shaking finger

I am at my computer and all of a sudden my middle right finger started shaking  crazily. It never did that again. As far as I know I am in excellant health for 65. I take 10 mg Lipator and allergy over the counter remedys, I do have sleep apthea but am on CPAP therapy. I have a complete physical every year with a six month follow up. Blood pressure has always been excellant. I have been very tired the last couple of days, but attributed it to the Clariton and Benedryl. Any thoughts?  Don

Hello.

The occasional finger twitching is brought on by stress and fatigue. It is a way the muscles want to relax. You probably had more computer work recently, involving typing a lot.

I guess there is nothing to worry about. Such occasional twitches are very much normal.

Regards
