shaking

I have notice in the past couple of weeks I have been having some shaking in my left hand, it seems like its starting in my right had now too.  It happens when I am typing, or holding something, I have also been noticeing some dizzieness, I also have chronic siniusitis so that could be causeing the dizziness, I am really worried about it, I have checked with my pharmacist to check on my meds, these symptoms aren't on the list for side effects.  I also have a 2 year old that I seem to be holding a lot, she is shy around strangers, could holding her for long periods of time do this.
I talked to my family doc. she did a bunch of blood test, everything came back normal... Any suggestions
I also have crohns disease, in remission...

I have had uncontrollable shaking for about a year now.  It is worse in my hands (my dominant hand starts first, my right hand) than any where else in my body.  I have gotten an MRI, CAT scan, a million blood tests for lupus to magnesium levels.  My migraine doctor also prescribed me high blood pressure medicine (I have very low blood pressure).  I have not seen any changes in my tremors but I just started.  I was told to increase my magnesium levels as well, I went from taking 200mg to 400 mg of magnesium.  Both of these were prescribed in hopes of diminishing the shaking.  I hope that helps!

I too have the hand shake/twitches on left side after ACDF surgery on 5/29/08.  They did a bunch of tests for Lymes, etc...all came out ok.  They also did a brain MRI which they said came out ok......then the dr came in the room and gave me a prescription (propranolol / 2 x a day -for high blood pressure..I have low blood pressure) He said this would help the tremors and it seems to have helped cuz if I forget the dose the next day they are starting in again! He also mentioned that I should take a good B vitamin.     Let me know what you did find out.
