sharp pain right side of head

For the past year I have had very sharp pains on the right side of my head either above my ear above and a little behind my ear. It last between 5 to 25 seconds and a 10 on the pain scale. I have to grab it and apply pressure to make it go away. when i feel the area of the pain it feels raised, the left side doesn't have any raised area. I have had 4 TIA's in 2005 and have had a patch put in my heart. this is a very bad and sharp pain. I also get dizzy afterwards and sometimes have a problem focusing on a task at hand. Just kind of stare off into space for a few minutes. thank you
