shocking pain down both arms

I have had a MRI last week showed three bulging disk and one herniated disk with compression on spine the shocking started last week when i picked up a gallon of milk now its when i walk scares me i dont want to injury myself any more dont have a neurlog appt yet waiting on workmens comp can this gt worse the shocking and can i damage my spine from walking
