Once in a while when I turn my neck in a certain way I will get a shooting, unbearable pain in my neck that goes to my scalp. It's quick, no more than a few seconds, but it's excruciating. Today was the worst I've ever experienced- it will only happen when I turn my head. The pain does not last, but It's intense- always on my right side, starting in my neck and quickly going through my scalp.
Does anyone have any ideas of what this may be? It's not frequent, this hasnt happened more than 10 times in the past few years...
