shooting pain to shoulder

I cut my the top of my forearm with a razor knife cutting a piece of siding. The blood squirted out of the wound but was able to stop the bleeding with pressure. In alot of pain on the way to the er, got a tetanus shot and 3 staples. Its been 7 days and I am experiencing shooting pain up my arm to the shoulder. Its hard to hold on to a glass and turn my wrist without the shooting pain and get the pain without any movement. Is this the healing process or whats going on?

Get yourself to the doctor. You could have an infection at best . At worse you could even have some nerve damage. So go get it checked out.
