should I be worried?

Hi everyone. I have had symptoms of fatigue, muscle and joint pain, stiff neck, dull headache that never goes away, nausea, dizziness, blurred vision in the right for about 3 months now. These same symptoms started about 4 years ago - starting slowly with just fatigue at first. I went to several doctors and was tested for everything with no results. As a last effort to feel better, I had saline breast implants (that I had implanted in 1998) removed. I felt better for almost a year and now (as of three months ago) the symptoms are back. My GP sent me to have a CT scan and a area of decrease volume was found in the left cerbellar region. The doctor thinks it could be a cyst but thinks it more likely to be the result of an infarction. The area is about 2cm in size. My question is... could a mild infarction cause all of these symptoms? Should I be worried? My doctor doesn't seem all that worried about it.
