shoulder, neck, back, chest

  : about 6 weeks ago i hurt my back, i went to the doctor, they took an x-ray, nothing showed, they said it was muscular, they put me on pain killers and muscle relaxers, i went back 2 weeks ago. the doctor told me it takes a long time to heel muscle problems. i called again this friday, they told me to give it another week then they will see me again, and start physical therapy.
  : they dont know what is wrong.
  : i am in severe pain, walking hurts my shoulder, driving hurts, if my arm and back are not fully supported, i hurt.
  : i dont know what i have, or could have. i dont know what to do, i am in alot of pain. any suggestions?

  : in the past i have broken bones, torn cartilage, and tore a rotator cuff, as far as pain goes, maybe because this is constant, this is just as bad if not worse
