silent migriane or worse???

I male 27 have been experiencing werid symptoms for 2 years now actually for almost a year the symptoms were kinda mild but since sept have been back symptoms are as follows dizziness, shimmering vision and sometimes see one or 2 stars in vision, spaciness, sometimes strange rushes thoughout my body, difficulty thinking sometimes, every once in a while I get like a rush in my head feels like its being pulled back for a split second, ears are full all the time , sometimes when I go to a mall or similar I feel disorientated, I have seen my doc, ent, neurologist. I have had 2 ct scans and an mri w/and without contrast all were completlely normal (not even white spots) neuro said I'm getting silent migr  aines  and I have a hypersensitive brain I can't help but think there is something really wrong with me I never had a problem with anxiety but these days I'm on edge. Would I be having silent migraine symptoms all the time? I do eveery once in a while get a break for a day or two lately. Should I just trust the neuro, he has assured me several time that nothing is seriously wrong with me, the symptoms can be quite frightning at times. P.sp I sometimes get headaches but bnot that often I did use to get a lot when I was a teen though
