skin feels weird/numb..help please!!

i am 19 years old and a male. i have been having weird rushing feelings in my skin throughout my whole body and have numbness on back of hands and top of head and other random places but not as bad. my skin seems to be very shiny...like shinier then usual and doesnt look normal. also i have muscle spasms all over body almost everyday. ive been to a doctor but he said all it is, is anxiety, but i strongly dont believe this. this has been goin on for a year now. could this be nerve damage?? please help!
