slurring of words

by highlandpark1011, Jun 12, 2008 12:09PM
Symptoms / History:
Frustratingly, I have begun slurring my words over the past several weeeks (especially in the morning).  I am 30 years old, have been recenlty diagonised with possible Bipolar II & ADHD; do not heavily drink, take 200 mg of Lamictial (for 3 years), & 15 mg of Abilify (starting 3 weeks ago).  I also recently quit taking Effexor, which I'm concerned may have caused this problem.

My doctor thought I might have prolactinoma due to recent swelling of the breasts (2 weeks), low to no libido, bipolar / ADHA symptoms, etc.

Question:
What could possibly cause this problem and how can I move towards a solution?

Thanks in advance.
