small fiber neuropathy and breast ca and mercury

Hello,
I am a 45 yr old female with a history of breast ca 7 yrs ago. At the time I recieved chemo I had onset of neuropathy, at it's most extreme, I developed "burning" over legs, R arm, R face, trunk, tinnitis, diaphoresis, and dizziness with standing. I was diagnosed with autoimmune gaglionitis, and with no specific treatment other than withdrawal of taxotere, these symptoms resolved other than a persistent mild-mod burning in hands and feet.  I was never fully convinced of my diagnosis since autoantitbodies were always negative. (no evidence for autoimmune other than clinical suspicion and symptoms)
However, the past three years, I have had onset persistent burning which has progresses to thighs, with deep muscle aching.  I now have burning both arms and both sides of face. I will have periods of relative quiescence and then SUDDEN onset of all these symptoms typically at once (I will usually also have onset increased tiniitis, constipation, and a strange erythema over cheeks and nose.) Thngs can be calm for months and then flare for days or week. Sometimes my legs will feel heavy and uncoordinated.
I just had skin biopsies consistent with small fiber neuropathy, there was no gradient between the calf and thigh biopsy. (both showed equally severe small fiber neuropathy) They were both classified as severe, group in New York did the stains.  I just read that the lack of gradient is more indicative of a ganglionitis, (small and long sensory fibers involved, rather thatn just long) Is that right?
No evidence of return of breast ca, but do you know of any association between the two?  Also I do have mercury fillings in my teeth, and I have had a crack in one of the fillings for two years, which I just haven't fixed due to herniated disc in neck.  Could this filling be causing problems. Also have an uncle with amyloid but my serum and urine electrophoresis have been negative, no abdominal fat pad biopsy yet.
Sorry for the long, cumbersome history. I am hoping you have some info for me......
        Thank you very much

You should have the cracked amalgam replaced with a composite or other mercury free filling.

Mercury can cause all kinds of health problems, especially neurological ones that can't seem to be root caused.

As a start you would be wise to get rid of all the amalgam you have. Do that an give is a few months and possibly continue with a mercury detox program.

Since one of your fillings is cracked, it has been leaking mercury into you system affecting everything.
