something more is wrong......

I am a 37 y/o female. In 1999, I had a DBS implanted for a tremor with a frequency too high(they say) for it to be ET. The tremor was in upper and lower extremeties on left side. Implant seemed to help for a while.  Then strange symptoms started lining up.  Excessive sweating, fevers several times a week, severe joint pain in fingers, ankles, and knees, severe fatigue, cysts in breasts, kidneys, ovaries, knuckle on right index finger, stiff necks, morning nausea, heart feels like it is skipping beats, flushing, adrenaline rushes.  Here is the thing.  Most blood tests and show nothing other than hyperchloremia acidosis. I think that sounds scary. NO ONE knows what this is.  I have been to many doctors. All specialists. They are good in their field, just no one to look at the whole picture.  What do I do now???? Who do I see?  Thanks
