sore scalp, tingling numb arm

I am a 24 year old vegetarian female, in overall good health.  I have had a very sore upper back for a few weeks now (I don't know how I hurt it).  It hurts into my neck somewhat too. I have not been to the doctor because it seems to be getting a lot better.  The last few days it hasn't really bothered me at all.  My left arm has also been slightly tinglling and sore for most of these two weeks as well.  This has not improved.  It seems to tingle at the strangest times, like when I am typing on the computer or watching tv (I'm not laying on it or anything).  The last 3 days part of my scalp has been very sore, like my hair is being pulled in that area.  Could these be related?  Should I be worried?

The signs and symptoms suggest of a nerve compression in the neck and back leading to numbness and tingling, soreness of the scalp, along with back pain. Please go for MRI of the neck and spine and consult a neurologist for a complete neurological examination, diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
