RESPECTED SIR,
MY BROTHER BECAME A VICTIM OF BOMB BLAST LAST YEAR. A VERY SMAL PIECE( LIKE THE HEAD OF A MATCH STICK) ENTERED HIS NECK AND HE BECAME PARALISED. WE CONDUCTED THE OPERATION AND REMOVED THE FOREIGN BODY.THE SURGEON TOLD US THAT IT DID NOT CAUSE MUCH DAMAGE. NOW AFTER 16 MONTHS MY BROTHER IS ABLE TO WALK WITH THE HELP OF A STICK. CAN YOUR GOOD SELF GIVE ME SOME PIECES OF ADVICE. SO THAT MY BROTHER MIGHT BE ABLE TO WALK WITHOUT STICK.

I am so glad to hear that the surgeons were able to remove the debris from your brother's neck and that he is walking!  I, too, have had a neck injury, but quite different than your brother's.  Sometimes we just need a stick to balance us or help us to move forward or stay upright.  Perhaps with time he will build strength and not need the stick.  It is possible he may always need it.  Sticks are a blessing, if they help one to walk.
