spinal headache after epidural blood patch

Hi,

I had a spine tap about 9 days ago and developed spine headache (with all that belongs to it like nausea, numbness, dizziness and so on, impaired hearing, blocked nose?) which seemed to get better  a few days ago, but got worse again. I was able to walk around for a short time period, but the character of the headache turned out to be a little different, so it wouldn´t get much better even when laying down. Also noticed that I generally feel better in the morning and it starts to get worse in the afternoon. Finally yesterday I received blood patch therapy, which worked out well, almost didnt have any pain during the procedure, but at that time i rather had headache when lying down, so i couldnt notice instant relief likemany others witness. But I noticed that my blocked nose was gone immediately and my headache was gone the morning after the blood patch, but came back in the afternoon. Now it´s in the middle of the night cause I cant sleep due to the pain,which is rather in the upper neck region and not strictly orthostatic any more.
Wondering if the CSF leak hasn´t been sealed effectively...So now I´m thinking of getting another blood patch, or should I wait out since it still could get better within the next few days? Or should I get another brain MRI to see if there is another reason for the pain (subdural hematoma, inflammation)?
