spinal hemangioma

I had an MRI with contrast that showed a large hemangioma on the thoracic spine and a smaller hemangioma on the lumbar.  This was taken because I complained about a dull ache between my shoulder blades.  What concerns me now is that I was just in the hospital for atrial fibrillation and was told I should be taking coumadin (warfirin), a blood thinner.  I am also being treated for anemia and the hemoglobin fluctuates between 10 and 11.  Will taking a blood thinner affect the hemangioma and cause it to bleed? And what about the anemia?  Please help me.  Thank you

Here's the problem. Many times the equipment that diagnoses angiomas can't tell  if  it is
on the inside ( spinal cord involvement ) or outside. ( vertebrae )  Intra-Axial usually bleeds on its own without adding Coumadin to it.
Are they just leaving it or will they be doing a Laminectomy. Since spinal angiomas are kind of rare I don't know any doctor who knows so much about it he can base your future on his MRI or Radiographs

Get a second opinion from a NeuroVascular doctor.

Don't be afraid to question your doctor

Has he tested any other body organs to see if there are more?
