spinal reconstruction x2 now the rest of my back?

disc protussion t1-2  mild r side paracentral disc protrusion at t2-3 osteophyte t6-7and t9-10 cetral disc protusion at t10-11 resulting in mild central canal stenosis it also appears to impinge upon the thoracic spine cord also central disc at t12-L1 and so on and my lumbar is herniated.  12 years ago i had an injury.  my neck and back was injured. i had severe neck and back pain. but thoracic mri 12 years ago showed one bulging disc.  Is this the result from that injury?    1. Mild s-shaped curvature if the thoracic spine 2. mild to mod. ddd greatest from t9-10 t11-12. multiple mild disc bulges and osteophyte complexes within the thoracic spine resulting in central canal stenosis at t6-7 t9-10 t10-11 central stenosis and possible cord impingement.       what is my best plan to go from here?.
