spinal tap, 2 blood patches over a year ago

I had a spinal tap done almost 2 years ago I lost vision in left eye , got sent to ER where they did spinal tap , they had to repeat the spinal they tried 6 more times finally got fluid, got sent home that night, with severe headache a couple hours later I couldnt even stand was dizzy and vomiting, went to Nero and he ordered a blood patch,,I got really weak and blood pressure and HR dropped during proceedure I dont remember much I passed out. 1 week later still having pain and dizzy problems, repeated blood patch they had more docs this time , still blood pressure dropped same thing happened they have to push drugs I pass out dont remember much,, alot better after 2nd patch,, I am just waiting to see how long it takes to be normal.. I have this severe pressure at the base of my skull, it comes and goes. If I bend over it comes, If I get in and out of my truck the difference in height makes it come. The pressure changes in the weather bring it on , I do not want to go through any more blood patches since I have problems with anything going into my back. I always feel like there is too much fluid in my head, it feels fluffy,, its hard to explain, it just doesnt feel right,,what could be causing this after so long ?
