spine surgery

i have had carpel tunnell,nerve impinchment since 2000.I have also had problems with lower back, in 2003 I had disectomy done. In January 2005 started having problems with neck pain, my doctor did MRI and said I had small herniated disc and sent me through therapy. It felt a little better for a while,but got worse as months went by. By Nov.2005 it was so bad that I lost all consentration, my right shoulder,arm,hand began to tingle,burn,hurt very badley. Even my neck burned. A went to a nero and he had another MRI done, it had worsened and was pinching the nerve. He stated I needed surgery immediately, it was c-4 through c-7. they did a fusion in Jan06. Six days after the surgery my shoulder blade poped out I could not even feel my arm or hand for hours. I went back to surgeon he said it looked like my shoulder was disconnected and he sent me to a shoulder doctor. that doctor said no it was not disconnected, that the xray did show some arthritis and said that it was scapula winging and that nerve was probably pinched. he sent me to a EMG doctor they did a test and said that the thoracic nerve had died or something to affect. It also showed of course the carpal tunnell. she said to try therapy. I did and the scapula winging got better but I still as of today still have all the symptoms I had when this all started in 2005 with my neck. I cant hold onto things, I can turn things,I can not write for any long periods of time. I hurts so bad, it continues to throb,tingle,sting,burn and goes to sleep and gets numb. Its like walking around with dead limb.
Although the emg shows muscles are ok, a physical exam shows all ok. sometimes I cant even close my hand. the emg did show something going on with the c4 but the emg person did not specify and told me to wear braces on my hands for the carpal tunnell. I had carpal tunnell since 2000, they say its mild but its hard to bend my thumb and index finger. Carpal tunnell does not hurt as bad as this does along with the other symptoms. well I cant write anymore. please help or make suggestions. Im still not working. I just keep getting passed around, can they be missing something on the emg or mylagram,mri's etc.
